Backup coverage depends on your plan and add-ons. Our team can confirm your retention period and whether website files, databases and email are covered.

For an online shop, decide how many orders could be lost between backups and how you will reconcile payments, stock and external systems. Restoring an older database can remove data created after that snapshot.
Take a manual export before significant changes and keep a secure copy outside the live hosting environment. Include files, database exports and any mailbox data needed for recovery. A backup is useful only if you can access it and restore the required information.
